Tim is so good to me.

    He does this a lot. Probably more often than I even think about it. One of my favorite memories of him is when he (seriously!) drew me a bath, brought me a favorite chick lit book, an iced drink in a pretty glass and rubbed my feet while he read to me aloud. He ended up enjoying the book so much that we read the whole thing together- "Austenland," by Shannon Hale. These are little things that we wouldn't be able to enjoy so much if we weren't childless, I suppose... so I am grateful for the ability to find joy in this time. I'm starting to see the benefits, and not just the pain. Especially with Tim's help. He's great at being practical, realistic, and optimistic in the moment. He's good for me. {If you've never read Shannon Hale, you must. She's a great LDS author who injects amazing wit and humor in every line of her writing, lending her heroines strength and amazing vitality. Reading her books is like sitting and chatting with a friend. I've reread them over and over, because they're just that fun.}
