Things that help me at work....
1) Putting Chia seeds in my water
Adds protein, energy, and is filling. It stretches time between meals for me and makes it so I can go longer between breaks.
2) My Ferrari blow dryer
Is super-powered. It's pretty and sleek, and dries hair uber-fast. I love how light it is, because it makes it easier on my hands to hold over and move around heads multiple times a day and for long periods.
3) Packed meals
Although having a jar of udon soup in the company fridge has apparently startled my coworkers, lol. The large noodles make quite an impression, hahaha... they do look a bit like worms, or brains, now that I think about it.
